Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy castings in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-single use resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can also create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glassy finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the inside of the mold with your fingers.
