Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. With a wide range of applications, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant, glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray as it preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
