Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after drying. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely solidified within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
