Jewelry Resin Epoxy Mold 3.6 x 6.3 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
