Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, but in some model molds it can be between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
