Epoxy Resin Hexagon Coaster Mold - 14 x 16 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick curing process for epoxy resin pours that can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It gains a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of the mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
