Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will become touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours.

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while in some of our models, it can be 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using a mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
