Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, providing quick drying for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

  • The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, while for some model molds it is between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish, as they maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
