Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently in Turkey, we have over 600 models of resin epoxy molds.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while in some model molds, it can be 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
