Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

The general shelf life is around 10 times, and in some model molds, it is between 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
