Mold Epoxy Resin Silicone Mold-1008

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow rapid curing in resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right to left, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

The general shelf life is usually 10 uses, but some mold models can be used 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and extends its lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
