Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours that can be removed once the product has dried. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With over 600 models currently available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create various differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by scraping the mixing stick against the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

The general lifespan is around 10 uses, while some mold models can be used 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
