Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

The general lifespan is usually 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.

For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in removing epoxy liquids.

Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
