Round Glass Bottom Resin Epoxy Mold - 19.1 x 1.2 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure that the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy residues from the mold.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
