Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy release molds, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried, can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
