Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

• The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its life.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
