Epoxy Resin Mold - 5.5 x 3.5 x 1.7 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast drying process for resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant and takes on a glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
