Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can be used for resin epoxy castings. They allow for quick drying of the product after it has dried, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a warm environment for resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles remaining. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
