Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings easily after they are dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating diversity in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we offer more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, ensure the stirring stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like texture in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
