Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product is dry, and they are capable of rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in various fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. During stirring, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and takes on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds may last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Alcohol-free wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
