• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
