• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a warm environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and turns into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold shine and ensures long-term use.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
