• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours. It will fully harden within 24 hours and turn into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
