Epoxy Resin Mold - Pendant Earring End - 8x3 CM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a warm environment with high heat degrees ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours and takes on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage methods and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
