• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, supporting the rapid drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold surface with your fingers.
