Epoxy Resin Mold - Comb - 17x4.5 CM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds for resin epoxy castings. They can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick curing of the resin epoxy after it has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create diversity in different sectors based on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
