Epoxy Resin Mold - Clock Mold - 15x15 CM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residue.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
