• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and turns into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
