• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of epoxy resin pours at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after about 6 hours, fully hardened within 24 hours, and reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period of time.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
