• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours, fully hardened within 24 hours, and reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • Generally, the lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you extend the lifespan of your mold.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
