Epoxy Resin Mold - Dog Magnet

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, and enable quick curing of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and turns into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses; however, some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
