Epoxy Resin Mold - Dual Pendant Earring Wing Tip - 5X2 CM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which means they can be easily removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should provide a homogenous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • By taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
