• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • Generally, the lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
