Epoxy Resin Mold - Pendant Earring Tip Diamond - 7x4.5 CM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a zigzag and up-and-down motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
