• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and depending on your imagination, can create differences in many sectors.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
