• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and edges of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
