• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.
• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles are left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
