• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it dries. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which helps resin epoxy castings dry quickly. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top, ensuring a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, wax varnish, or any similar products to maintain the shine and ensure a longer lifespan for the mold.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold surface with your fingers.
