Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors according to your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold, leaving it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10, but for some of our mold models, it is between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the inside of the mold with your fingers.
