Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature resistance of around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are resin epoxy molds that can be reused many times and are not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can also create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently in Turkey, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant like glass. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

Generally, the mold lifespan is 10, while in some models it can be between 20-25. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
