Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy castings, ensuring quick drying at high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Also, our silicone molds are reusable, not one-time resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
