Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures, between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Also, our silicone molds are reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning steps can help you extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
