Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Make sure to achieve a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container with the mixing stick during stirring. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
