Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for fast curing of resin epoxy castings at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. The resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used for 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Wax varnish can also be used for this purpose.
• Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
