Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow resin epoxy castings to dry quickly and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which will maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
