Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, aiding in the rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-term use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
