Epoxy Resin Mold - Multi Cylinder Pendant and Earring - 6 x 35 mm / 8 x 35 mm / 10 x 35 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment after the product has dried. Also, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Proper care of the mold, along with usage methods and cleaning procedures, can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Alcohol-based non-woven wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
