Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, providing a quick curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
