Crystal Droplet Resin Epoxy Mold - 1.7 cm Small Size

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and industries, creating unique designs based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain mold glossiness and prolong lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
