Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the shine of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids for cleaning purposes.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
